Under the renewal of Château Puypezat-Rosette, a young and dynamic team was brought in since November 2007 to give its letters of nobility to a small and rare appellation.
28 years old, Cécile SATIN has a journalism background. Native of the area, she left the country to get a Master’s Degree in the United States. After a career in the press in Texas, Cécile came back to France to take part of the winery’s management and help market the château’s wines outside of the French borders.
Prior to joining the group, Frédéric worked for several wineries in the region of Bordeaux and Sauterne. Curious and innovative, it is the creative of the group, the one who plays with the fruit to get the best of it. Adventurous and fond of sailing, he did not hesitate to give up his life on dry land to live four years at sea. With his knowledge and fertile imagination, he is the ideal person to accompany and supervise the wine making.
It’s been six years since Nicholas started working in a vineyard. Nicolas likes the variety of the tasks that each season brings with it. He appreciates particularly the winter cutting and does it with an expert precision.
