Off a clear and deep ruby-red color, this sparkling red wine is a fresh combination of blackcurrant and wooden aromas, enhanced by notes of vanilla given by months of ageing in oak barrels during the first fermentation. Between the nervousness brought by the CO2, the rich, supple and complex structure brought by the oak, and the roundness brought by the residual sugar, it makes a perfectly well-balanced wine.

Of a profound ruby-red color, Our cuvée Classic 2008 is an aromatic bouquet of spices, and ripen red berries (redcurrant and blackcurrant) mixed in with wooden and roasted aromas. Round and plump, the wine reveals voluptuous and silky tannins in the mouth. Perfectly structured, it has a rich finale.

Of deep purple color, the Cuvée Insolence offers an intense and floral nose, in which notes of violet, white flowers, vanilla are enhanced by the combination of animal, red berry,  toasted and blond tobacco aromas. Supple and round, the attack reveals the presence of the wooden notes, giving a full structure in mouth. The silky tannins give persistence to the red fruits notes and give a round and well-balanced mouth. The finale is intensely aromatic.
